About Me
This site is an outlet for my thoughts on agile engineering - a broad topic that spans from organizational management to software engineering. Feel free to download my articles or presentations on a variety of topics. I occasionally present at conferences and when I do I’ll list them here.
I primarily work with product and service companies in the US helping them deliver the right products at the right time to their customers using Lean and Agile principles. My passion is working with delivery teams to help them discover better, more enjoyable ways of working together that fosters trust and innovation. As a part of this I also help management understand better ways of planning and defining success using measurable objectives so they can make smart decisions.
As a Managing Consultant at Dominion Digital, a Virginia-based process and technology consulting firm, I lead the IT Performance Improvement solution. I help clients plan, design, build and deploy critical systems using progressive principles and practices.
I volunteer on the board of Agile Richmond, a user group based in Richmond, VA. I’m also the past president of the Richmond Java User Group.
My influences will give you insight into my software development background. If I can help you, your team or organization with topics you see in this site, please contact me,
